Sheepskin Garment Colors & Options

Please use this color guide as a general basis for choosing your sheepskin garment color.  However, please be aware that sheepskin is a natural hide and as a result, each hide may be slightly different from the next.  Because this is  custom garment and it is not made from an artificial sheepskin, there may be slight variations in huge or texture.

All of the shearling used by The Sheepherder is a true hide, meaning that the wool and the suede sides of the material are of the same hide.  They are not two different pieces of material sewn together.  This is one of the major differences when you purchase a high quality sheepskin garment made from true shearling versus a lower quality imitation sheepskin hide.
